You automatically agree to these terms upon purchase of any product or service.

All sales are final.

In the event of any technical problems that may occur, the client is held responsible.

Our products are single use consumable subscriptions, which are not replaceable. Once the user pays for their product, they have full access to the product key, which cannot be replaced under any circumstance. Due to, but not limited to these circumstances, refunds will not be given and cannot be requested for any reason, at any time. By purchasing, you understand this and do not have the ability to request refunds, including chargebacks, reversals, or any other form of refund.

Chargebacks may cause your device to be permamently suspended from using any of our future products.

Kaffeine is not responsible for any termination of your subscription before the given or listed expiry date.

The client agrees to the following terms: “I am buying a virtual item with my own money therefore I will not send unauthorized transaction, dispute, claim, chargeback or related reversal. I have received my virtual item, therefore I am not eligible to retrieve my money sent.” upon purchase.

If a product does not work because of any problem on your end and not ours, you are not eligible for a refund.

If instructions are ignored by a customer for purchase, a fee or hold of funds, key cancellation and/or a penalization may be applied.

These terms are subject to change at any moment without notice.

In the event of a price match, the difference will be returned to you as store credit.

Kaffeine is not responsible for your activities or misconduct. We are only responsible for providing you with the subscription upon payment, and do not hold any liability for any actions you may take outside of this responsibility.

Any activites such as, but not limited to: tampering, unauthrized access, or modification of our products is strictly prohibited. These activites can cause permanent restriction, blockage or termination of your subscription without any notice.

Our products require updates regularily. As such, downtimes are expected, refunds are not permitted and any form of compensation of your subscription is at our discrection.
